About Jacob Rochefort

Jacob is a cosmopolitan Rhode Islander and Providence resident with a penchant for considering new homes for anyone at any time. “Be accessible, it’s a good thing,” says Jacob. Going on 14 years experience exclusively in real estate brokerage while pushing 32 is quite a feat. From flipping houses in his early years with family to building investment portfolios with childhood friends, there is full market comprehension and very little uncharted territory with Jacob. He’s also spent two (long) years working in Los Angeles as an agent for Keller Williams, Beverly Hills. The LA clientele and market conditioning quickly affirmed that Rhode Island is where the heart is.

It’s been his life’s work to help clients fully understand the real estate market and utilize it as a hobby, investment strategy, or more commonly, a familial dwelling. As time passes, his consistency and level of professionalism has resonated strongly among his extremely satisfied clients. Always a phone call away, he’s willing to go above and beyond to do all the little things that make a home purchase and the process as special as you thought it could be.

Off time is spent with his family out in Foster, Rhode Island, or with his beloved English Springer Spaniel, Jack, in his west end condo in “the octagon house.” Significant amounts of market research and entertaining are spent at one of Providence’s fine research institutions; The Dorrance, North, Faust/the Magdalena Room or The Eddy.
