She has enormous emotional intelligence which meant she knew just how to keep us level-headed during the very stressful process of selling a home. It helped, too, that she was always incredibly responsive, not only getting back to us quickly but also answering all of our questions (even the silly ones). We signed on to work with JC to look for and purchase our first home in February 2020. From the first meeting, she was on top of her game. She listened to our needs and wants and sent us listings that fit our list. She was super responsive and answered all of our newbie questions. When we found our home, she wrote up the offer before the end of the day. She held our hand every step of the way. Buying a home is stressful -- throw in a pandemic, and people thought wr were downright crazy. It truly helps to have a caring, knowledgeable, efficient professional that really treats you like a person instead of a check at closing. We really cannot say enough great things about JC.
