My wife and I led the entire process. James did not find a single home that we were interested in viewing. We later found out there were several messages from the sellers that were not relayed from James. Things that would have been very helpful to know.

He is the best chance anybody will get to fine the perfect dream house, he is patient, explains everything he is doing or that will happen, tells you all details.reminds you about future appointments even when you forget,all paper work handled in a timely manner and the best part, he answers his phone all the times even at night when everybody is sleeping.He will talk when and reasure you when you think all hope is lost.He is calm, composed even desperate situations.Anybody who wants a dream home not a house should call him.
