Honest... will tell you if property you are looking at is convenient for you or not.Will go to all ends to negotiate for you... he won't just accept what they are asking for but will negotiate and help reduce the price for you.He enjoys what he does and is very knowledgeable.

We can't speak highly enough about James and the quality of work he provided for us during the process of finding a new home. We were moving from out of state with very specific & not easy to find requirements for our house. James made the process easy for us. He was incredibly helpful with working with us long-distance and with our very difficult to find needs. When we had challenges along the way, he did a fantastic job fighting for us. James was extremely easy to work with, friendly, and always responsive to our questions. When there were situations where we weren't sure what to do, James gave us great advice without being pushy.In addition to the "business" aspect of things, James also provided a ton of information about the city. He helped us gain some local knowledge so we weren't totally lost when we moved. He knows some great places to eat here!We have worked with a few real estate agents over the past 30 years and James is certainly top quality! We highly recommend him.

When I started looking at homes in the Temple area, I wasn't sure how serious I wanted to be in relocating. I worked with James Lee and gave him a list of characteristics that I would need in my new home in order to move. He was able to find this perfect home in a matter of days. He is very knowledgeable about the area and paid great attention to my needs and what I was asking for. He was always accessible to me whether it was to field my anxious phone calls or just to check in during the home buying process. He made what could have been a very stressful experience, an easy process. I am so grateful I had him by my side and would recommend him to anyone!

We had a short timeline to close and James was able to meet the deadline. All costs came in to the penny just as he quoted.
