Fearing that selling our family home after the death of my Mother would be very stressful we were thrilled to have Jim Hoffman as our estate broker. We as investor owners have an extreme amount of “real estate agent” expertise. I immediately ask question that agents brush off or normally make a promise. James does not speak that lingo.
