I do not know that I can adequately describe just how helpful Jim and his team have been in both my purchase and selling transactions! They handled what had been an emotional experience with such care and compassion, taking care of all the details, my wishes and concerns and left me with such peace of mind throughout the entire process. Jim and his office were very proactive in giving me updates along the way... and his suggestions and advice were always spot on. It was great working with Jim, Chris and the Hoffman Team on the sale of my mother's home. Jim did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of my father's house. Being from out of town, Jim assisted us with all kinds of hurdles related to the town inspections and contractors. Jim was very understanding and very responsive when it came to dealing with family members who were not educated in real estate fundamentals. Jim was perfect for the Job! The home had been left to me and 2 siblings in a trust. Jim was able to communicate effectively to 3 brothers who all live in a different state during the process. Jim at times went above and beyond to make himself present for inspections and repairs due to the fact we live out of state. He absolutely understands the current market and clearly articulated the housing market to us correctly. I don't know why anyone selling a house wouldn't use Jim Hoffman! I know the selling of this home went as smoothly as it did because of Jim Hoffman and I am grateful to him for all he did during this process.
