James grew up in Hunterdon County, NJ, where he had the opportunity to experience and enjoy country living. After completing his education, he began his career in the catering and hospitality service industry, focusing on fine dining and event management. Most recently, James served as Executive Coordinator for a renowned full-service catering company, a position he held for over 12 years.
His initial venture into the real estate market began with the purchase of his first residential property in Annandale, NJ. With that, he gained invaluable knowledge and experience of real estate buying, selling, and rental processes, as well as a thorough understanding of landlord/tenant relationships. Recently, while searching with his fiancée for a place to call home, James realized that his unique ability to turn a client’s vision into reality would be a wonderful asset in the realm of real estate.

After more than 2 years of searching, making offers and losing out we felt defeated and hopeless, had just signed another year lease in a rental we just weren't happy in and were starting to question whether we'd ever find the house for us. Finally we were referred to James and he restored hope and brought new energy to our search. After just a few weeks we found the one and closed two weeks ago on our dream house. James assisted us in buying an investment property. It's a tough market right now but James found several properties for us to choose from. Things got complicated before the closing, when the inspection reports came in, but James handled all of the negotiations smoothly and saved us some cash.

We were first time home buyers and needed an agent to help us navigate this complex process. James was amazing to work with. His level of patience to help us understand the process was top notch. We are both teachers, but it this scenario we got to learn from a knowledgeable professional who was always attentive and willing to take time to explain many aspects of buying our first property.
