Jim is a very proactive realtor that utilizes a proactive approach to marketing your house. I learned rather quickly from meeting with Jim to determine whether we would list our home with them that because of his philosophies and proactive approach that he takes measures to create demand for the product that he's selling, which is your house. We had listed our house for 6+ months with another realtor team and not sold it and after only two weeks of Jim listing our house we got a contract without any contingencies and have a closing date set. I highly recommend Jim Walker if you truly want to sell your house.

Jim was very helpful finding our new home and in such a short time. We could tell he has been doing this job a long time due to his knowledge of the market. Jim even checked on us and came by the house to see us a few months after we had closed.

We spoke with Jim Walker and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he sells, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Jim has made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't. When we saw our listing we were ecstatic! His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked amazing. Our house went under multiple contracts four days after we put it on the market and the offers were more than we anticipated. I will highly recommend Jim. We know you could not find a better realtor. We really like Mr. Jim! He's been very honest and helpful in our search for a home. He's always right there when we've called and wanted to look at anything no matter where it has been. It's not often that we find someone in the business of marketing/sales and or the real estate business that really and honestly cares about the customer.
