We were interested in moving quickly on a rental we found through Zillow that Jamie was rep'ing. Her prompt response and flexibility enabled us to view the unit and consider a couple comparable apartments nearby in short order. With her help our decision was fast and easy. She proceeded to guide us through the application process and advise us to ensure that our presentation would be appealing to the landlord. She smoothly ironed out any technical difficulties that the automated application process imposed. Upon gathering to meet the landlord and sign paperwork under Jamie's guidance, our mutual interaction was delightful and charming.
