Jan helped us find an investment property here in Chattanooga. She was always very prompt and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond what most agents do to help the prospective buyer. When she said she would call us back regarding a property, she always did so. I can recommend her without reservation, and in the future when I look for another investment property, she will be the only one that I contact.

If you want a Realtor that will go above and beyond to get you what you need, then you should call her. She has a vast knowledge of the real estate market, always has your best interest in mind, and is a very down to earth person.

We worked with Jan a couple years ago when purchasing a house. She is excellent. She knows her business and works hard for you. She is straight up and honest with the facts, but is not inconsiderate of either the buyer or the seller' during the business transaction. Jan is like no other agent out there. She helped me buy my first home and made the process beyond easy by walking me through step by step. If i had a question or just needed to get in touch with her I could text and get a response within 5 minutes. I would recommend Jan to everyone I know that needs to buy or sell.

Jan is an amazing agent! Heaven forbid I go through this process anytime soon but she is the first and only agent I would call! Responds quickly and is always on the lookout for her client. Its not hard to find a house for sale in the day and age of apps like Zillow it's all of the hoops that you have to jump through to get to closing that is so difficult and she led us through every hoop with ease. Five stars aren't enough!
