Jane was absolutely outstanding to work with! We are from MN and came into town for one weekend to buy land. She had many lots picked out for us and throughout the weekend she continued to send many more for us to go look at. She had set up meetings with several builders as well. She was always one step ahead of us! She is a super pleasant and never seemed bothered by all of our questions and phone calls, texts or emails!

My sister living in Texas wanted to purchase a home in Cape Coral. She connected with Jane. I live here & know her likes & dislikes. Jane was so good taking me to showings & I would let my sister know if I thought she would like it. Jane has so much patience. Jane assisted my uncle and his girlfriend many years ago when they thought they may have to sell their home and relocate back up north. They were able to stay in Florida and keep their home but Jane kept in touch with them over the years. In December my uncle passed away and in June we had made the decision to list the home for sale and immediately called Jane to assist us. She helped us through the process quickly and efficiently at such a difficult time. She was able to get the home under contract and closed within a very short period of time.
