Janet did an outstanding job of assisting with the purchase of our lake house. She was very professional and patient with us as we had specific property requirements. I truly appreciated Janet's experience and expertise working with out-of-town buyers. Janet is a seasoned, well organized real estate agent. Communication is her strong point and and with her professionalism she keeps barriers from blocking a purchase. She knows strong and weak points when trying to make a purchase especially when looking for signs in a home that would alter my decision. My investment is a rental property and many are out there that would require major repairs to have it be to my standard for my renters. I am so happy with my investment and look forward to working with Janet again soon.

Janet was outstanding. The original home we contacted her about wasn't right, and based upon listening to our needs and likes she quickly found the home we ultimately purchased. The negotiation was difficult at times, and Janet provided great expertise and advice. We also intended to do a substantial remodel of a third floor attic area, and Janet gave great assistance in working through contractor selection, permitting, city contacts, etc. She has our highest recommendation!

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Janet is organized, precise, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative. She negotiated appliances that weren't previously listed and helped me get repairs done after my home inspection as part of my deal. At the day of my final walk through, she had a printed check list of everything that needed to be tested prior to my closing. We stumbled across an issue at the final walk through that we weren't even sure could be fixed at that point, but she found a way and fought for me to get me what I deserved. She is truly the best and I would refer her to everyone I know. If you are looking for someone that is dedicated and will simply get it done, Janet is who you want.

Janet helped us find our beautiful lake home and we couldn't have been happier with her level of support, knowledge, and expertise! Unbeknownst to us, shopping for a second home involves considerations that are very different than shopping for a primary home. I'm in the process of my third real estate deal within 1 year working with Janet, she is on top of her game and really is essential to me.
