John is an excellent realtor. He sold our waterfront lot in 3 days! After listing with him, he constantly kept us informed as to what was happening with the internet listing, photos. signs etc. And when a closing date was set, he kept in touch throughout the entire process. We would certainly recommend John if you need to sell or purchase property. He is very thorough.

We purchased a condo in Fort Walton Beach, FL while we lived in Minnesota. John Milan made our purchase extremely smooth, he was always available every time we called him. John kept us updated and informed of every aspect of our sale. Even after the sale he has been available each time I have called him. I would recommend John Milan very highly if you are selling or purchasing a home.

John is easily the best Realtor with whom I’ve ever worked. He’s a local and has his finger on the pulse of what’s happening here. Communication was fantastic, he contacted me almost daily with updates and answered my questions promptly. We sold our home and bought our new home, both with John, simultaneously. He facilitated the bid process with the new home quickly and helpfully. He sold our existing home in FOUR DAYS with a FULL PRICE NO CONTINGENCY contract (and we had 5 offers in 4 days). He hired an expert photographer and helped us show our house off to attract buyers (obviously, it worked). He went over and above many times during the process. Really, I’m not sure how he could have done a better job. If you want an expert Realtor, John’s your man.Strongly recommend.

We found John through a marketing card for a unit in Destin and contacted him. We are so glad we did! With his help we both bought a new condo and sold one. We were pleased with his responsiveness, the prices he negotiated for us, his willingness to listen and appreciate our concerns, and his availability and patience. We are so happy with our new place that we have no plans to look again, but we would recommend him highly if you are in the market for new or different place in the Destin/30A area!

We would recommend John to anyone looking to purchase a home. We visited the Destin area and met John by chance, we now consider the meeting divine intervention. John was dedicated and remained focused even when my husband and I gave him a list longer than our arms of ‘must-haves’ that often contradicted itself. At the end of our visit John stayed in touch, sending us homes as they came on the market that met our criteria. John’s willingness to truly listen and patience with our seemingly endless questions about the area made this experience like no other home purchase for us.

John Milan was originally recommended to me though a friend familiar with agents in Destin, FL. He was very friendly, informative and professional from the moment we first spoke. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with John and his team. We met with John about the time the Covid-19 was just beginning to take control of the world. This was our first experience with John. He was professional in every way and was instrumental in us making an informed decision. John was prompt in his response to our questions and needs. His office guided us along the process so that the closing was not delayed and provided information that was critical for a smooth purchase and transition.He also recommended several companies for repairs, title, and insurance.
