There is no one word that can describe Janette fully - when you are lucky enough to have her as your realtor you are in for a ride of your life! We had by far one of the best experiences having her represent us. It was not an easy transaction but Janette knew exactly how to approach it. She will take care of everything for you but you have to trust that Janette knows what she is doing. Saying that Janette is professional is not enough, most realtors are professional. What makes Janette so effective is that she has ability to tune in to the person she is working with, regardless if it's a seller or buyer, and this takes Janette's service to the next level. Janette has been a trusted advisor going above and beyond what you would expect from a Real Estate agent. She personally identified a potential property, physically met and worked with the builder on my behalf and negotiated the best deal around when the market was in very high demand. She spent countless personal time making sure the property was secured for me when demand for houses in FL extremely outstripped supply. I could call it luck being at the right place at the right time, but I can't because I resided out of state doing all of this remotely... it was Janette who made sure she was at the right place at the right time to secure a rare opportunity. Janette was the consummate professional. In the time between our first look at Sarasota and until our purchase of a spectacular home earlier this month, she kept us appraised of homes in our preferred area, and opportunities she knew would meet our needs. Janette & John were both amazing to work with and we would highly recommend! They were so quick & efficient with sending us listings within hours after we met, they understood our timeline and urgency and were so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable! They have lots of connections, which helped us to be able to walk through lots of properties very quickly, some of which we never would've been able to find on our own. Once we found our home, towards the end of the closing process, we had a small issue with our lender and a document that was holding up everything for a lot longer than anticipated. Janette & John were able to reach out to other contacts they had, get lots of information & evidence to back their knowledge and ultimately be the ones to move the process forward quickly, which allowed us to close!
