Had a very positive experience with Janice Morris in purchasing our home. In Big Canoe. We provided her with a list of properties, and she was diligent in setting up appointments and arranging for all visits to take place on the same day. She offered friendly, personalized attention, and was able to provide us with vendor lists for the area (e.g. termite companies, building inspectors, etc.) so that we didnt have to hire folks out of the phone book. We found our home, negotiated a fair deal, and closed on the property in under one month. Would highly recommend Janice Morris to prospective buyers/sellers in the Big Canoe area.

I've personally never purchased a home so I wasn't sure what to expect when I tagged along as my boyfriend looked for his next property. I've heard stories about the home buying process and most seemed tedious and frustrating; however, I was surprised at how easy and quick it seemed! Mrs. Morris was very knowledgable and always eager to help. I witnessed firsthand her in the negotiation process and let me tell you, this lady knows her stuff and cares about her clients! I would definitley recommend Janice Morris!
