Jared L. Lofton is President and Founder of Lofton Realty and Love Moving Company, a Residential Real Estate sales firm and Moving company located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Lofton is a graduate of Southern University in which he holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics as well as a Master of Business Administration from Texas Southern University- Jesse H. Jones School of Business.

After graduation, Jared launched his career in New Orleans, where he began his journey at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Planner. That eventually led to Jared getting accepted into business school and relocating to Houston, TX. Jared graduated at the top of his class with Honors and created an Investment Club with his MBA classmates to continue his passion of investing while in school. It was in this capacity that he developed a passion for Real Estate investing while learning how to analyze stocks.

Soon afterward, he joined Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan office in the heart of central Houston. Jared, begun working with first time Home Buyers and Real Estate Investors analyzing Residential and Commercial investment properties. Within his first year in the firm Jared was named Rookie of the Year and Houston Chronicle Realtor of the Week. After a couple of years of learning from the best in the business, Jared decided it was time to open his own Real Estate firm- Lofton Realty. Jared has a long record of successfully guiding home Buyers and Sellers in real estate acquisitions and sales transactions valued over $35 million dollars. Jared was also selected by the National Association of Realtors as one of the Top 30 Realtors Under 30 in the country. In addition to this honor, on last year Business Insiders named Jared as one of the Top 21 Unstoppable Realtors in America.

Every year Mr. Lofton hosts an Annual Back to School fundraiser and Christmas Toy drive through his Lofton Foundation to donate school supplies to a local underserved elementary school in the Houston area. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana- Jared's message to kids is simply to Never Give Up, Keep God first, Live Life One day at a time and always give your time, talents, treasures and wisdom back to your community!
