Jason Treco, holds an MBA and is a Florida State University graduate growing up in Miami, Florida. Jason is no stranger to the Charlotte area, while residing in Charlotte since 1996 and raising 5 children with his wife Laura.

Jason has been selling Real Estate Full time since 2015. As a full time Real Estate Agent, Jason brings almost 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. As a top producing lender for some of the Charlotte’s leading real estate teams and builders, he is also a former North Carolina State Approved License Trainer in the Banking Industry as well as a Closing Coordinator for TeamHeidi while he was training to become a Realtor. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in assisting his clients with the many aspects involved in the real estate transaction.

Jason has found himself passionate about our educational system and has proven himself as a volunteer High School Football Coach and mentor to many young athletes around Charlotte. Not only does Jason bring his determination and dedication to improving their athletic performance on the field, Jason brings a natural mentorship to these young men. Jason has spoken to students about the dangers and real life pitfalls of drugs and alcohol for the last several years.
