Jason is very insightful, efficient and patient. When we first started looking for homes, we lived out town and jason was accommodating and scheduled many showings at a time. Unfortunately, we decided to rent, which he help set up as well. Moving forward 8 months, we decided to purchase a home. I reached out to Jason and he immediately set up showings for us. Jason is friendly, professional and patient. My husband and I are relocating to Texas. My husband was in Texas with Jason and I was still in Massachusetts, working and selling our home. So Jason had the added task of long distance communication and working with people that are not familiar with College Station. He made himself available and answered all questions we had for him. He listened to what our needs and concerns were when buying our home. He was very knowledgeable about the area and what homes were on the market that fit our needs. We we're also sent daily updates on emails of any properties that were in our budget and what we were looking for. Jason has helped my sister, mother and now my husband and I buy a home.
