Jay is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! Great to talk to, understands exactly what you are looking for, does not push you at any step of the process, patiently explains pros and cons of every home/neighborhood/city you are looking at, great at negotiating and sourcing information about home/suppliers/contractors/everything. He takes all the additional worries out of the process of home hunting so you can just focus on looking at homes you like.

I was a first time home buyer and we were lucky to have Jay with us. He has helped us in getting our first home, and getting a first home is unforgettable thing for any of the first timer. Jay got us a house in Frisco, TX, when the market was (still is) red hot seller's. We looked up some realtors serving the area and have planned a visit during February 2021. Though all of them were really busy and more than willing to spend time with us showing houses, none of them warned that weather warning is pretty serious for Dallas except Jay. He was honest and warned us we will be stuck and wouldn't be able to see around. We were invested anyways and had other plans, made the trip and as he warned we got stuck with the worst snow storm in Dallas. He did his best and showed us few homes in the last few days of our stay when the ice started to melt in the roads, though wasn't fully clear. He never pressured us and we understood what it's going to take to win the bidding frenzy. We did end up winning multiple offers, thanks to his tips and offer presentation. Yet, he listened to our thoughts and suggested to wait until we get the house that we completely like. We are loving the house we bought and we are first time home buyers. The seller's agent actually praised his offer presentation during the bidding war. I am thankful that our friend referred Jay to us. He is an awesome realtor and I would hire him again.
