It only took us one meeting with the team to find our dream home. After meeting to initially go over ideal towns, neighborhoods, type of house, budgets, etc. we were taken to a house that fit all of our criteria. From there on the process was seamless. The team is extremely knowledgable , professional and a true pleasure to work with !

I cannot speak more highly of Jayne and all the special soft skills that make her a dream to work with. For many, a Westfield home is a dream long before we ever buy here, such was the case for our family. Jayne can tell you all the ins and outs of every Westfield neighborhood, the schools in the area, and what seems to be on the horizon for the neighborhood. She weaves neighborhood knowledge with good solid advice about sports and activities in the area. Our transaction was not without its complexity, and Jayne was creative, patient, and committed to landing the perfect home for our family. She treated our young daughters as though they were the home buyers themselves, giving them special tours. To this day, my four year old asks me constantly when she can see her friend Jayne. I can truly say that I can't imagine going through this process without Jayne.

This is the second time my husband and I have used Jayne Bernstein. The first time was to sell my husband's house and this most recent time was to purchase a home. Jayne is extremely responsive, responding to questions or concerns immediately. She is an incredible negotiator and both my husband and I feel she puts her clients first. She is extremely thorough, particularly in areas that I really wasn't paying much attention to, such as the walk through before the closing. She made sure everything in our new home was in working order, and ensured that everything that was left by the former owner was removed.We would both use Jayne again, but hopefully we will stay in our new home for a long time since we're very tired of moving!!!

Jayne was there for us every step of the way. Whenever we needed something during our house search, Jayne was available and willing to help. She took the time to really get to know us and listened to what we had to say. It eventually got to a point that she knew whether or not we would like the house before we looked into it. Jayne did a fantastic job finding our new house. We looked for several months together, and she was able to negotiate a price that met our budget. She was also brilliant in positioning our old house on the market at just the right listing price to attract maximum interest. We were under contract in just over a week!
