Jean Nicol and Elizabeth Pedrick have teamed together at Bradley. Both are experienced Marin County real estate veterans. Jean's efforts have been focused on representing both buyers and sellers of homes in Marin and Sonoma counties, and she has consistently been a top producer. A long-time Marin resident, she offers a lengthy history of sales, an eye for design, a talent for real estate marketing, and excellent negotiating skills. She and her husband, George, raised their two sons in Novato and followed them through the Novato School District as actively involved PTA and soccer parents.

Elizabeth is a broker who has been active in various areas of real estate, including sales, lending, management, development, and investment. She has an in-depth knowledge of real estate contracts and disclosures. A 30-year resident of Novato, she formerly managed and oversaw daily operations at one of the most prominent real estate offices in Marin County, as well as a team of 35 agents. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of California at Davis, with a Bachelor's degree in political science.
