We decided to look for a home after growing tired of renting. We had rented for the better part of 4 years and felt like we had no privacy or freedom. I requested showings on Zillow and was connected with Jeanne who worked to help us find homes within our specifications (harder than one would realize because my husband and I agreed on nothing home wise). We desperately needed someone knowledgeable, communicative, and willing to help and we found that in Jeanne. This is my seventh military move and Jeanne is by far the best realtor I have EVER worked with! Since we were not in town for the final steps during closing, Jeanne made sure everything was completed and properly set up for closing to include final walk throughs, appliance installations and yard set up. In addition, after closing she stepped in for us to help set up utilities in our absence. She made sure our move-in was seamless. I recommended her to a fellow soldier and he agrees. BEST REALTOR EVER!!

A friend who had relocated to Central Texas used Jeanne and recommended that we use her when we relocated to Central Texas. We did and it was an excellent decision. As clients go, we were not easy to deal with as our demands were both exact and rigid. Jeanne was conscientious, patient and exceptionally competent. Jeanne is a phenomenal realtor. I had interviewed numerous real estate agencies before choosing her. After talking and meeting her, I never looked back. Outstanding support during the relocation process.We decided that we were going to relocate from Maryland to Texas and were doing alot of research on houses and locations in Zillow. We had found an area that interested us, and we sent off for information on a house and Jeanne reached out almost immediately to see if she could assist us. We talked a bit about what we were looking for, area, prices and timelines. As we continued talking we found out that she had lived in Maryland previously and the more we talked it was just a good fit as she understood the challenges we were facing. That was a huge relief for us, since trying to work with an agent 1500 miles away is a challenge. She immediately set us up on some searches and asked us for feedback on the search listings and gradually helped narrow it down to styles and possible locations. I was able to visit in June and Jeanne had several houses lined up for my daughter and I to look at that would give us a better sense of the styles and areas that suited us best. In August, my wife, son and daughters looked at multiple houses over a couple of days until we found the one. lThe support didnt just end there, she helped us through the closing, recommending good contractors for some work we wanted done, and while we were in Maryland, she would drive by and take pictures of the progress of the house for us. Once we closed, she didnt disappear, and she has continues to assist us while we transition to Tx and are not able to be at the house. Jeanne will listen to determine your needs and spend the time to find the right house for you. I highly recommend her. Also, when Jeanne is not available, her husband Mike was able to step in to assist. They are great. We appreciate their support as well as them welcoming us to TX. We are excited about our move and grateful to Jeanne and Mike for their help.

I am a first time home buyer. I had heard horror stories and was scared of this process. Jeanne was referred to my wife and I by a family member. We reached out to her and what a godsend. Jeanne is very knowledgeable, answered all our phone calls when we had questions ( some even as late as 9:00-10:00 pm) and has made this process non-stressful. Jeanne helped us to find the perfect house which was a difficult process we had struggled with for weeks and she found it for us on the first day. Jeanne is upfront and honest even when the truth is not what her clients may like but she keeps the clients best interest in mind. If you are in the home buying or selling market you will never find a better realtor.
