About Marlen Ryan

My name is Marlen Ryan, and I am your professional and customer-friendly real estate agent. I cover the following Florida cities:  Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, University Park, and Longboat Key.

Past experience

I used to work as a Paralegal/Legal Secretary in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2003, I decided to change my career path and become a real estate agent. I have been working as an expert realtor ever since. After more than a decade, I relocated to the Bradenton/Sarasota area in 2015.

 Professional creed

For starters, let me stress that I take immense joy in serving my community and esteemed clients.

My primary objective as a realtor is to help buyers find their dream homes. Then, similarly significant is to assist sellers in moving on to the next phase of their life. For this purpose, I provide my dear clients with a broad range of residential real estate services.

I pride myself on being a dedicated real estate agent. Over the years, I have accumulated vast experience in the domain and refined my craft. I can confidently guarantee that I deliver superior services to my clients. I apply my extensive expertise, insight, and commitment to every new challenge I undertake. At the same time, I maintain the highest degree of ethics and integrity.

Commitment comes first in everything you do in life. I adopted the following philosophy early on in my personal and professional life. "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." I sincerely believe I applied this principle well in my day-to-day relationship with my clients.
