Long story short, and it was a long story, Jeff was Awesome. Due to the Feds constantly raising interest rates. The houseing market in Redmond, even Education Hill, started collapsing in a big way. Watching your buying power drop over 35% in less than 30 days was more than frightening. That definately impacted buyers. Although it was a very non traditional contract with an LLC, Jeff vetted the buyer and we ultimately agreed. We accepted a wired 100K earnest in three days, and no contigency, with a 60 day or sooner close. This was very scary for us, but ultimately in the climate it was the only real offer as others backed out. Jeff kept us on track, was patient, professional, and curteous. He never lost his cool. Even, when everyone else seemed to be.

Jeff is an excellent agent and I would happily work with him again. He was always punctual and was upfront and honest about our property. He and his team did a great job marketing our condo and we had multiple offers within days of the listing. Jeff was very helpful with those offers and was constantly on top of the entire process of the sale even helping push things along when we ran into the inevitable snags. As an out-of-town seller, his help and expertise in electronic document preparation were essential to our success. Jeff provided stellar customer service in the sale of our Covington, Washington home. He guided us through a comprehensive process where we only listed the house for five days and he presented us with multiple offers. This included his sound advice that we vacate the home for a couple of day open house process, presenting the multiple offers in an easy to understand format that compared the various aspects of the offer like, earnest money, down payment, loan type, ect. Finally, Jeff educated about how to evaluate the offers and because of that we were able to select the ‘best offer’ not necessarily the highest offer. (We sold our house for $85,000 over asking price and felt that was a great deal.) Jeff also prudently advised us to pay for a pre-sale home inspection which identified a few major issues and a few minor issues….most of which we corrected prior to the open house showing. Jeff even came out to the house to assist with some of the inspection ‘fixes’. Wow! Who does that!?! He also facilitated terms with the new owner that allowed us to live in the house for two months after the closing date….and rent free! (We were relocated to the Southeastern United States and needed the extra time to pack and ship our household goods and cars. Jeff’s business model allowed us to save thousands of dollars in real-estate agent fees, professional photography to include drone pictures and staging for the open house!Jeff professionalism and demeanor puts him ‘heads & tails’ above other real-estate agents that I’ve worked with in the purchase and sale of previous home…he the best at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone.
