If you're like me and have a home that is a difficult sell, Jeff is pretty much a master of getting it done. I really thought I was going to go crazy before the house actually sold. We had been trying for so long. When we started working with Jeff, we felt confident in his skills, his attitude toward getting our house sold, and best of all his great work ethic. We were able to get the right potential buyers in the door without having to take a huge loss like we expected to. He is skilled with negotiation and always ahead of the curve when it comes to anticipating next steps. All paperwork was done quickly and correctly. He really went out of his way to be efficient and on target. We never had to wait for him, and he always kept his word about when he would do certain things. He's really organized. Glad we called him.

Jeff Herge sold our house in 18 days! Jeff was professional and thorough to work with at all times. He was always available to answer questions and communicated information in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough great things about Jeff. Our home was hard to sell, and he got it done. It was a fixer-upper when we bought it in 2007, and when we decided we wanted to sell in 2012, it took 2 more years of fixing up before it was anywhere near ready for the market. By the time we were actually ready to list it, we were disappointed to see that our countless renovations hadn't increased the market value as much as we wanted. According to one agent, at least. When we met Jeff, he was ready to help us get it sold. We talked at great length about the list price, and with a few small tweaks at Jeff's recommendation, we were actually able to get our full asking price. Throughout the whole process, he was professional, results-driven, and friendly. He was always kind, practical, and communicative. I could not believe how sharp he was having been in the business for the length of time he has been. He made the experience a good one for us, and we will definitely work with him again in the future.

Jeff was very helpful in every aspect of the buying process. From patiently showing us as many properties in different areas of Northern VA to negotiating to the price we could afford. Jeff showed patience, knowledge of the real state market, and his availability to schedule showings was always appreciated. Jeff was just awesome during our home selling experience. Jeff helped us price our house at a price point that was fair and resulted in having a contract within 5 days of it being on the market. It was listed on a Monday and by Friday we had a contract. We had an open house on Sunday and we went through with it, just in case the original contract didn't pan out. We settled within 30 days of having the contract. Jeff showed poise, professionalism and kindness during this stressful time of our lives. We have used other agents in the past and have always said we would not use any (3) of them again due to unsavory experiences. Jeff was the exception to this with us; not only would we use his services again, we would highly recommend him to our friends and family. His expertise and knowledge of the process was invaluable to us and the process of selling our home.

Jeff Herge is a fantastic realtor. My sister used him in 2014 to sell her home, and he really earned her recommendation. He really knows the area. His local knowledge, dedication, and thoughtful client service are a huge asset to anyone who chooses to work with him. We came to Jeff looking to buy a new home. Finding the right home in a competitive area was challenging, and as soon as homes I was interested were on the market, they were sold. Jeff helped us to move quickly on a couple of different homes that were new on the market, and the second home we put an offer in on wound up being the one. He presented us with the best advice and had the most helpful negotiation tactics. I really feel like Jeff worked hard for us. He was always there when we needed him, he was realistic, nice to be around, and a truly professional agent. When my wife and I were moving into the Arlington area to be closer to my family, my older sister recommended Jeff Herge. She used him back in 2013, and he did a great job. We were highly motivated to find a home in our price range in one of our desired neighborhoods, and it was quite a difficult task, in retrospect. We were staying at my sister's place for about a month, and I was starting to think that we would have to change our desired neighborhood and live farther from family. Jeff was up to the challenge, however. He has the connections and local knowledge that helped us to get an offer in on a home before it was even listed. Jeff is really wonderful at what he does. and while some might prefer to work with an agent who has more years of experience, we were thrilled with him. He really works hard and is extremely diligent. His knowledge of the area and negotiation skills are great. I never expected to get such a good price on a wonderful house. He made it happen.
