We were looking for a lot to build on and Jeff showed us a number of lots both golf and water view. He was very knowledgeable about what was available and what would be the best buildable lot. Even though the water view lot was higher than we wanted to go, he worked thru all negotiations and we were very happy with the end number.

Jeff has been a super find as a real estate agent for us. We started the process over 2 years ago and changed courses several times during our search, not fully knowing exactly what we wanted. Jeff is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He will visit a home on your behalf. He has walked through homes while face-timing me so that I can get a view of the home while he walks through it. This is particularly valuable as we are looking for a second home and live approximately 5 hours away. He listens to our wish list and has helped us narrow our search. We expect to find our dream beach home with Jeff's expertise.
