Mr. Jeff Walker is a great realtor and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell. As a first time home buyer Mr. Walker worked with us on what we were looking for, what area and price range. He gave us info on what was expected and what to look out for as this was our first time going through the process. Jeff Walker was referred to me from Coldwell Banker realty in 2002 as I was in the processes of career relocation and needed a home.Upon arrival to the Rio-Grande Valley and meeting Jeff Walker in person, I immediately knew that this realtors attitude, ethics, integrity and professionalism were above reproach. The 1st day upon arrival Jeff Walker helped me locate and attain temporary lodging and immediately involved me proactively in reviewing areas and homes of interest. Jeff effectively adapted his search and setting up potential home viewings after picking my brain to what my expectations of a perfect home would be. Jeff always maintained a positive attitude, and had an exceptional ability to provide details, which were especially critical to seeking the best home to purchase.Not only within 2 weeks was I residing in my new home, but Jeff Walker continued to follow up with me to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. Worst customer service . I do not recommend him to any of my fellow friends or family . Thumbs down ! He wouldn't answer my calls , I would leave numerous voicemails and he would give me the run around .

Mr. Walker was able to sell our home and help us acquire a home that was just right for us at a great price.
