Jen helped us find our perfect first home and I couldn't be more appreciative or impressed!! I started talking with Jen while still living out-of-state, and she went above and beyond to work with me while showing houses in-person to my mom and sister. Jen was very straightforward when discussing housing options and was genuine in her desire to help me and my husband. When we came into town to evaluate our first serious option, Jen had lined up several options so as to maximize our time together-- hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Once we were back in town, she continued to help us both look and negotiate aggressively. She was able to help us secure our perfect house within two weeks of being back in the area. Even after securing our house, Jen has been so helpful in helping us connect to our new community and in recommending professionals to help us customize our home. Jen embraced our family dynamic and worked with us to help us find and customize the perfect home for us. We feel so lucky to have connected with Jen and cannot recommend her enough!!

It was a pleasure working with Jen Coyte. She was patient and accommodating when I asked for a few delays in putting my house on the market. After my house was on the market, she worked with the buyers to get very close to my asking price. Jen is kind, helpful and isn’t just looking to make the sale. She is a the type of realtor who builds a lifelong personal relationship.

As a first time home buyer, Jen was truly an outstanding realtor. We weren't familiar with the area as we lived in Old Town, Chicago our entire time in Chicago. She took the time to truly get to know us and actively searched for homes that would fit our style. Once we were ready to start seeing homes, she quickly setup appointments at our convenience. Jen was great at guiding us through the process. She quickly responded to any random question or concern. She really listened to our wants and needs in order to find us the ideal home for us.Another huge positive was how well she knew the western suburbs. I felt like we couldn't drive down the street without someone giving her a friendly wave or her giving letting us know about things like The Elmhurst Neighbors and Newcomers Club. Also, she has a long list of great referrals for lawyers, inspectors, bankers, contractors, and painters. Overall I couldn’t be happier with our new home and the service Jen provided. She routinely kept us notified when inspections were due and when paperwork needed to be completed. She really made the home searching process fun and gave us confidence in buying our first home. She has our business for life and would gladly recommend her to anyone!

Jen has excellent knowledge of the real estate industry, and has an 'in' of who to call when further services are needed. It was great working with a woman owned business, who has many years of experience representing a range of purchasers and sellers.

Jen helped us buy and sell our house. She is very knowledgeable about the market. She did a great job negotiating when we got into a multiple bid situation, and helped get us our dream home! During the selling process, she was very committed to showing the house & spent several weekends hosting open houses.

Recently I was in a position to sell my home of 33+ years. A close friend referred me to Jen as they had worked with Jen to sell their home as well. I was not ready to sell the house at the time, but Jen came by and we discussed what I may or may not want to do to the house, provide comp data, etc. I decided to perform updates to the house and told Jen I would let her know when I was ready to move forward. Jen stayed continually engaged with me sending me listings in the area so we could continue to monitor the market. When the time came to finally list after about 2 months, she continued to stay with me every step of the way via text, phone, in person any time day/night/weekend. We listed the house on a Thursday, had one offer after the first showing the next day, and more on the weekend. The house was under contract in 3 days and we closed in 29 days. I was amazed at how quickly the process progressed. Jen was not only my agent but she provided advice and kind support as this was a difficult process personally to go through leaving my house after such a long time. She knows the market and it certainly was invaluable to getting the house marketed and sold. I cannot say enough how seamless she made this experience and I would absolutely contact her if I was interested in buying or selling again!
