Jen Graham has been a successful real estate professional since 2006. In her first year she hit the ground running with $3.2 million in real estate sales and earning her Fine Homes Designation. While focusing primarily on the residential market, both first and second homes, Jen is also proficient in the representation of commercial properties for both buyers and sellers. Her personal real estate experience includes relocation, new construction and remodeling.

Formerly of Norfolk, MA, Jen Graham and her husband have owned a home in Harwich since 2001. She has two adult children, both of whom attended Nauset Regional High School. Jen has been active in her communities volunteering for local and national charitable organizations. Presently, Jen is a member of Trudy’s Team through TNT, a national organization focused on finding the cure for Leukemia and Lymphoma.
