I would recommend Jenée to anyone and everyone! She listens to what her buyers want, and gets things done correctly. She is constantly checking in to ensure were happy, and does follow ups that are needed months after closing. I would give 10 stars if it allowed me to.

This is the second time we have used Jenee to sell our home. She is knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. Jenee fought for us the entire process. Our house came in under value and she was able to get the appraisal increased. We were out of the state while selling our home and she arranged things that needed to be done. I highly recommend Jenee. She is definitely someone who fights to get the best for her clients!

Jenee has become more than our agent but our friend. We didn’t know anyone here when we moved and instantly she became just an amazing friend. Jenee is wonderful. She took on the sale of my home and dealt with delay after delay as I worked through a divorce, two moves, a leaking porch roof, and countless other things. She always responded with a ‘can-do’ attitude and assured me that we’d get it all done. She took care of all kinds of things I wasn’t even thinking about during the sale and closing, and once she put it on the market, it was under contract within a week at full price. I highly recommend contacting her to sell your home, she’s a miracle worker.

Jenée was by far the best Real Estate Broker we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She went out of her way daily for us. The home we purchased has a propane gas pack for heat, I wanted to know the gas company the sellers used for service. There was a delay in the sellers agent getting that information back to us, so Jenée called every propane service company in the area until she found the one that serviced the address! There was also a discrepancy found with the property lines that had been surveyed 3 years ago, Jenée worked through all the back and forth with the attorneys and surveyors to come to an agreement with my best interest in mind and have it fixed correctly. We would reccomend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, bar none!!
