Unfortunately our experience was more than unsatisfactory when working with this agent. I truly regret having signed up a contract with her and leaving our trusted, experienced realtor who we have worked with for several properties without issues at all. I regret convincing my husband to leave our known agents under the hopes that Jennifer was so familiar with the area we listed the house at and would be the right fit for everyone.From the moment we signed the contract we realized that the entitlement to our property was beyond reason. We personally tried to conveyed not one, not two but three times our wishes for less staging around the house, as well as continuous communication with both of us so we were all involved, and she would come up with multiple excuses to do it her way every single time, from that moment we realized she felt entitled to do it her way and this was gonna be a bad experience overall. As the negotiations started, back-channeling negotiations were definitely involved to the point were we felt like she was more interested in representing the buyers at all times rather than trying to get the best deal for us, again always excuses and hard to believe explanations. We tried twice to terminate the contract with her, by asking her to let us know how much we owed her for her services so far, and she did not allow us to terminate, luckily for everyone the house got under contract right before we had to take more action towards terminating, but this was definitely a lesson to stick with the agents we have worked with in the past.

Jennifer always made herself available anytime I needed to talk. She was very informative when it came to explaining the process to me during each step of the home buying experience. My lender was very reluctant to get everything done in a timely manner, so she also helped make sure they stayed on track and met the deadlines.

I believe Zillow paired us with Jennifer and it was the best thing that could have happened for us! She got us our dream home. She is an excellent agent who knew how to negotiate the deal we wanted. We were very impressed with how she always communicated what was going on from start to finish of putting an offer in up until coming to our closing with us. With such a stressful process she was always keeping us informed. She got documentation out QUICK for the entire buying process!
