Two years ago I purchased a home from Jennifer in the Southwest Harbor area. As a lifelong resident of Maine who knows the nuances of every community, Jennifer's local knowledge was invaluable. I appreciated her listening particularly. She sincerely wants to find the right match for her clients not just close a sale. I didn't live in Maine and relied on her for everything: navigating the inspections and the septic requirements; negotiating terms and timing with the seller; amassing the mounds of paperwork required for the mortgage. She was patient, indefatigable and reassuring with many daunting details. I would have given up without her.

When my wife and I decided to buy our first house I didn’t know what to expect. We were nervous about the process and had no idea of what we were looking for other than walls and a roof. Luckily we had Jennifer. She was always available to talk and ask advice. She helped us get showings in the morning, evening and on weekends and really held our hand through the entire process. She helped us narrow down what we were really looking for and was able to show us tons of examples of a wide range of styles. She made the process simple and easy and we can’t thank her enough.

I had a great experience when I listed my house with Jennifer. She helped me decide what to do to get my house ready to sell- what to improve basically with the funds that I had available. She helped me to in accurately pricing my house to sell and getting my information out to other realtors and in mailings to the local area. My house was under contract in 3 days after it was listed. I can't say enough about how well Jennifer represented me in the process and the sale.

My husband and I were new to the area and knew very little about the areas we were searching in. Jennifer was helpful in familiarizing us with the various areas. We were on a tight schedule and she did her best to arrange home viewings as quickly as possible. She worked hard to get us a quick close on the house we eventually decided to purchase, and kept in touch with us almost daily during the process. She also helped us with finding professionals for changes we plan on making. It was a pleasure to work with her.
