I’ve been a Realtor in SW Florida since 1999. I have expertise in 1031 exchanges, Government transfers and Corporate transfers. I’ve been working with buyers and sellers throughout SW Florida, from the gulf beaches to golf course communities to hobby ranches and multi-family investment properties. After all these years I still find working with first time home buyers and seeing them through the process of owning their first home to be the most rewarding.
