About Jerry Stanek

Born and raised in southern Minnesota, I moved to Fort Myers in 1984. I lived in the Fort Myers Villas for 28 years and have been a resident of Eagle Ridge for since then. I graduated from Edison Community College and went on to the University of South Florida. I spent thirteen years in the Restaurant business locally and went on to be General Manager of a successful Casual Furniture Retailer here in Fort Myers before becoming a Realtor..

I’ve been a Realtor in SW Florida since 1999. I have expertise in 1031 exchanges, Government transfers and Corporate transfers. I’ve been working with buyers and sellers throughout SW Florida, from the gulf beaches to golf course communities to hobby ranches and multi-family investment properties. After all these years I still find working with first time home buyers and seeing them through the process of owning their first home to be the most rewarding.

When you hire me to Buy or Sell your property, you will receive full time, impeccable, professional service. My goal is to always go beyond my customers expectations!
