I have 20+ Years of Sales, Marketing, and Advertising. At age 22, I worked for AOL Time Warner and Brighthouse Networks in advertising sales in the Tampa Bay Region. At age 25, I moved to back to Knoxville to help launch a start-up business using my knowledge of marketing, advertising, and web platforms to help turn it into a multi-million dollar company that continues to strive today. Now, I have the opportunity to change gears and do what I have always been passionate about: real estate. Your best worker is one who is passionate about what they do. For Sellers: I can successfully market your home to get it SOLD! I put my knowledge of marketing, advertising and sales to work for you. I advertise in local home magazines, newspaper, and more importantly the various web outlets that savvy buyes are now looking to first for their home buying needs. I pay for all the advertising. If I don't sell your home, I do not get paid.
For Buyers: I LOVE my job and enjoy every aspect of the new home search. I will listen to your needs and provide honest, professional feedback. If you are new to the area, I am here to answer all your questions. If I don't find your dream home, I do not get paid.
For ALL my clients: I will provide my personal best to help you transition from one home to the next, whether you are buyers or sellers. I will be the "go to" person for all your needs, whether it be help with mortgage companies, title companies, or plumbers. I am always available to meet or talk with you, whether it be a two a.m. thought or a midnight anxiety attack: I am available for all your needs.
