Jessica was wonderful to work with in purchasing our home in North Port! She was very responsive any time day or night, very knowledgeable about the whole process and never felt uncomfortable going to the other side with our requests. We will definitely use her again in the future.

Jessica Vogt was the assigned realtor for the first home we were interested in. Although that home was not suitable for my wife and I, Jessica took an immediate interest to what type of home we were looking for and within the time of two weeks, Jessica was able to line up a showing for a home we were interested in purchasing. I must note that during this time period Jessica would always respond to our messages in a timely manner. Jessica helped us not only through the search for the right home but was instrumental in assisting us as first time home buyers. Both my wife and I were a little apprehensive and nervous on what steps to take but Jessica not only reassured us but managed to guide my wife and I through the process without any difficulty. Aware Jessica is rather new to the realtor business, both my wife and I were totally impressed with the knowledge, requirements and people skills Jessica seemed to master. My wife and I highly recommend Jessica Vogt as a real estate agent.

My experience with Jessica has been nothing short of wonderful. I am a very picky person who had never purchased land before. I have to admit, I was afraid of the whole process. She walked me through every single step and went so far above and beyond that words can't express my gratitude. She is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, responsive, professional, motivated and intuitive. She answered every question in a timely manner and researched my every concern ranging from scrubjay zones, distance to beach, how to pursue environmental testing and more (even when it must have seemed like overkill...she never made me feel that I was imposing on her time) and I know that 1/4 acre of land is not a "big ticket" or "high commission" item. Emails and texts were promptly returned with helpful information included. Jessica Vogt took time out of her busy schedule on two weekends to show me the area and drive me around to see various land parcels. On one weekend, it was simply pouring rain and she never cancelled. Instead, she stood out by her car and helped me take pictures of the land and patiently waited while I listened for that "inner voice feeling" telling me it was "the one." I drove many hours from out of town and it was well worth the drive to meet with a realtor who had my best interests and finances at heart. Jessica is like no other and I know that most realtors would have run out of patience with my calls, emails, second guesses and questions. I am not an easy person to work with. I am a perfectionist and a worry wart...and I feel like Jessica was a gift in my life at a critical time where a solid decision was important. I had limited finances and very specific needs and she took on the challenge and never wasted time suggesting listings with "deal-breaker" flaws. Finding the right realtor is essential and I recommend her without reservation. If I am ever in the market for a home, she will be the only person to get my business. If you are looking for a piece of land or "that perfect house," please do yourself a favor and call the best. She has my 100% vote of confidence. From first phone call to successful closing, she was there every step of the way and I made the right choice and found my little spot in paradise! By the way, after having someone like her to help me negotiate the process, I have decided to enroll in an online real estate school to pursue my own license. The world needs more "above and beyond" people with honesty and integrity. I may only do this as a side career, but working with her sparked my interest. Save yourself a headache and some wasted time and just call her first. You may end up in the home of your dreams sooner! :-)

We bought our first home with Jessica's help back in 2018. She went above and beyond to show us so many beautiful homes and kept in constant contact with me. She answered everyone of our questions and made the whole process so much easier. I would have never known what I was doing without her. Her team is also amazing! Her lender was put of country on vacation when we started the process. He even kept in contact with me through the entirety of his vacation to keep the ball rolling. This team works hard and diligently for their customers and I would highly reccomend Jessica the next time you're looking to buy.

Everything with Jessica was really smooth ( stress free). We weren’t in a hurry to buy and ended up signing a sales contract the first time we walked houses with Jessica. She worked with us right until closing day. She listened and was aware of what we wanted and needed, we are really happy with how it all went. Jessica will definitely be our realtor for all our future purchases.

Jessica has a wonderful personality. She is so positive you can't help but be happy when you are around her. She is also quite professional. She asked our specific needs and wants in our forever home. She narrowed our search to the location we wanted. Jessica gave us many options and pointed out qualities in the homes that we may have over looked. She was always on time and was available at any time we needed her. When we found our home, she was always in contact with us to make sure all of our questions were answered and closing went smoothly. The house needed some work. Jessica recommended awesome workers that got the job done quickly and professionally. We were extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend her services to everyone.
