Jill Coenen helped my fiancé and I find our first house. She was so patient with us and respected our time and the specifications we were looking for. She worked quickly to get us in to see any of the houses we were interested in. She walked us through the offer process in detail and made sure we understood exactly what we were agreeing to. She called us right away when she received news that we had an accepted offer. Jill even helped explain things in the house to us like how our water softener worked, since we had never owned one. No question was regarded as a stupid question and if she did not have an instant answer for us, she always got back to us when she found the answer we needed. I would highly recommend working with Jill if you're looking into buying or selling your home!

Jill was AWESOME!! Did a wonderful job selling my moms home and a separate parcel of land - was a very quick sale and we were very pleased with the price. She stayed in close contact with us and kept us updated every step of the way. And when I needed her, she always answered my calls! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - we will definitely use her again!!

Jill was phenomenal to work with. She is very knowledgeable about buying and selling homes! She sits down with you and tries to fully understand what you are looking for in a home and gets right to work. And, if you are selling your home with her, she offers suggestions on things you can/should do to get it ready for the market. She was very responsive to anytime we had a question for her or wanted to see a house that day.I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. Not only is she a great agent, but we became friends through the process.
