Jill made a difficult process smooth and positive. We were selling the family home and it was challenging for all. Jill is one of the most positive, caring, and efficient people I have ever met! Jill was AWESOME!! Did a wonderful job selling my moms home and a separate parcel of land - was a very quick sale and we were very pleased with the price. She stayed in close contact with us and kept us updated every step of the way. And when I needed her, she always answered my calls! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - we will definitely use her again!!

Jill is an excellent resource for people with little or extensive experience with houses. What made her a great asset to us was her knowledge of the area as well as her knowledge of different home buying options from new construction and used homes to building and renovating. She was also quick with coming up with local contacts for all the work we are considering doing. High recommendation from us.

Jill Coenen helped my fiancé and I find our first house. She was so patient with us and respected our time and the specifications we were looking for. She worked quickly to get us in to see any of the houses we were interested in. She walked us through the offer process in detail and made sure we understood exactly what we were agreeing to. She called us right away when she received news that we had an accepted offer. Jill even helped explain things in the house to us like how our water softener worked, since we had never owned one. No question was regarded as a stupid question and if she did not have an instant answer for us, she always got back to us when she found the answer we needed. I would highly recommend working with Jill if you're looking into buying or selling your home!

Jill is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, and motivated people I know. She was super patient with our search for the perfect retirement property. She was always available to show us properties and spent more than a year with us until we decided and found what we wanted. She is helpful but not pushy. Greg and I would definitely recommend Jill to buy or sell a property.

Jill was phenomenal to work with. She is very knowledgeable about buying and selling homes! She sits down with you and tries to fully understand what you are looking for in a home and gets right to work. And, if you are selling your home with her, she offers suggestions on things you can/should do to get it ready for the market. She was very responsive to anytime we had a question for her or wanted to see a house that day.I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. Not only is she a great agent, but we became friends through the process.

When I knew I had to sell my house, Jill Coenen was my first call. I had worked with her when buying the house. Jill's communication, knowledge, and skill made the process far less stressful than it could have been. I wish she worked in my new location so I could call her when I'm ready to buy again.
