Jill is an excellent resource for people with little or extensive experience with houses. What made her a great asset to us was her knowledge of the area as well as her knowledge of different home buying options from new construction and used homes to building and renovating. She was also quick with coming up with local contacts for all the work we are considering doing. High recommendation from us.

We have used several brokers in the past for purchasing and selling homes and Jill Coenen is BY FAR the best broker we've worked with. She's the total package you want in a broker; communication, local service provider contacts, knowledge of the area and home needs, and we just plain trusted her. We have already recommended her to our daughter and son-in-law when they are ready to buy a house. Can't say enough positive things about buying our home through Jill Coenen!

When I knew I had to sell my house, Jill Coenen was my first call. I had worked with her when buying the house. Jill's communication, knowledge, and skill made the process far less stressful than it could have been. I wish she worked in my new location so I could call her when I'm ready to buy again.

Jill Coenen came in as the buyer’s agent for the sale of our home and turned what should have been a straightforward sale into a circus. She locked us into an ‘oh-so-appealing’ contract, making promises about covering inspection issues (that were hardly existent) that her buyers clearly never intended to honor. She even manipulated the ‘days on market’ narrative to push for more concessions, always needing to have the upper hand, ignoring your attempts at negotiation completely if it didn’t go her way. Every step reeked of bait-and-switch tactics and control games. If you want a buyer’s agent who makes selling your home feel like a hostage negotiation, she’s the one!
