I moved to North Idaho when I was 12 years old and grew up in the chain lakes area between Rose Lake and Harrison. I graduated from Kootenai High School in Harrison. I then earned my B.S. and M.S. degrees from The University of Idaho followed by a Ph.D. from Purdue University. I moved back to North Idaho for family reasons and have enjoyed, along with my wife of 32 years, raising our kids in this beautiful part of the world. My hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, golfing, boating, fishing, and enjoying all things North Idaho has to offer.
I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, both new and existing, and income property within North Idaho. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of actively listed property, current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. I have been a top producer in the area since 2004 and take great pride in return and referral business because, after all, if people come back or refer me to friends and family.....I AM DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!
I am a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I will put my 14 years of real estate expertise to work for you!
