My wife and I were so fortunate to have Faye and Jim as our agents for both the purchase of a new home and the sale of our current home. We used Faye when we sold our last home and bought our current home. She was fantastic! It was during the economic downturn and the couple backed out 4 days before closing. I was just devastated and in tears, but Faye was right there with me. She gave us great advice about what to do next, and we ended up selling for a better price to a wonderful couple. We have recommended her to several people, all of whom thought she was just wonderful.Now we are selling our current home (a condo) and buying a larger condo. Faye has been with us every step of the way. Her skills and knowledge are fantastic. We close on the sale of our both home and the purchase of the new home in 3 weeks. When I contact Faye, she gets back to me ASAP. For 20 years, my husband's job had us moving and thus buying and/or selling our homes. No one ever, ever came close to providing the kind of service that Faye provides. Hopefully, we will not be moving anymore, but if we do, it will be Faye that we will call. Either way, we will still continue to recommend Faye to everyone we know. So far, everyone we have recommended Faye to has not in any way been disappointed.We not only have a great realtor but also a wonderful friend. She and Jim are the best!
