Jim Rutherford earned his real estate license in 2003. Since then, he has worked with and learned from some of the industries top agents and coaches to enhance his understanding of the market and the various aspects of real estate. Based in Orlando, FL, Jim is a professional willing to help you with all your home buying and selling needs in Central Florida. Specializing in helping buyers, his skill is of great benefit to his clients. He takes great pride and specializes in finding first time buyers the right home in the quickest time possible with straightforward financing, often with low down payments. Jim uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes suitable to the client's needs and standards. He recommends city and county down payment programs for those who qualify for financial information and assistance. He believes realtors have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection his clients deserve. Jim is dedicated to furthering his knowledge as exampled by earning the designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). Jim's work ethic did not start in the real estate business, but was formed by family example and service in the U.S. Navy. He was an electrician on submarines, earning the Vietnam Era Service medal and the Good Conduct medal.
