Jim Rutherford earned his real estate license in 2003. Since then, he has worked with and learned from some of the industries top agents and coaches to enhance his understanding of the market and the various aspects of real estate. Based in Orlando, FL, Jim is a professional willing to help you with all your home buying and selling needs in Central Florida. Jim's work ethic did not start in the real estate business, but was formed by family example and service in the U.S. Navy. He was an electrician on submarines, earning the Vietnam Era Service medal and the Good Conduct medal.
