Jim Treanor has been very instrumental in a couple of sales and a purchase for me over the last few months and I could not have been more satisfied. He has been very professional and knowledge, while still making time for a comfortable and sometimes amusing conversation. Jim did an excellent job stewarding my wife and I through the entire process of selling our home. He was exceptionally responsive (a rarity in this day and age) and went above and beyond our expectations in everything he did. I remembered Jim from some college friends way back in 2003 and I hadn't needed him at the time but knew he was starting as a Real Estate Professional. 2020 arrived and I needed a CT realtor. I found Jim, saw he was still in the business and gave him a call. Your a lucky person if you can get him or someone on his team to assist you. He was able to get me into whatever I needed to see and actually helped me get something much quicker than I suspected in this market. He made every potential issue or problem go away before they actually developed into one and the process was flawless (this is my 5th home). Of course I recommend him and will hope to use him and his team again in the future. All I ask is from you now is to leave some time for me if the time comes!

Jim represented us on two home purchases in the past two years. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable of the market and all the areas we were interested in, and has many connections with industry professionals to help with all aspects of the the sale and home improvement process. We always felt confident with him representing us, he would catch plenty of things positive and negative that we wouldn't have known to look for. I remember one conversation where we were close on a home but weren't quite certain about it, and in what was a very competitive market Jim could have encouraged us to move forward with the sale but instead he told us that he can get us a better home that's within our budget. And he did, he got us a far better home, which my wife says is her dream home. We then wanted to purchase a rental home and Jim has plenty of experience in that area as well, and again we found the perfect home that we rented out the first weekend it was ready.

We started looking for a house at a tough time in the market. Houses were selling in less than a week, typically over asking price. We looked at quite a few houses, but most of them wanted an offer immediately. Through all of that, Jim remained patient, didn't pressure us into making an offer, and continued to show us properties that hit the market, until we finally found "The One". Jim responded quickly to every request we made, explained things in a clear and efficient manner, offered honest feedback on properties from a resale vantage point, and had networks with almost every selling realtor we came across. I couldn't ask for better representation in this process.

I found my perfect home thanks to Jim! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and goes the extra mile to answer all your questions even late night texts! He made my husband and I calm during the entire process and we are so glad we found him. This is the 4th house we bought in 20 years and Jim is by far the best realtor we ever had.
