Established in 1974, the Jim Wright Company “JWC” has grown into the largest full service Rental and Property Management Company in the Fort Hood Area. We serve the needs of over 2,000 tenants and property owners each year with the majority of our customers being military. In addition, we provide Sales, and Leasing and Management on Commercial Properties in the Greater Fort Hood Area.

Our office is located on the corner of South WS Young Drive and Elms Road, across from the Shilo Inn. Our office includes a drive-thru payment window, a night drop, a large well trained staff, an advanced computer network system featuring the PropertyWare Management System; a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), to assist you with Commercial and Investment properties.
