I have known Jimmy for quite some time. He is a good friend and very helpful when called on. I have lived in my home for 23 years so as far as realtors I havent had much dealing with in that line. He is very kind and aways there if I had a question on this sale

Jimmy helped us in both marketing the property for which I am the executor, and in advising us as to necessary improvements which made the property acceptable and marketable. We couldn’t be more pleased with using Jimmy Jernigan as our realtor in the selling of our mother’s home in Manchester, TN. It was made extra complicated by the fact we don’t live in the same state as my mother and her house. Jimmy held our hand through the entire process. What could have been a difficult process wasn’t, it went so smoothly. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and always responded quickly to whatever we asked. Jimmy was awesome! He helped me so much through this complete process and worked with the contractor on things I need changed or completed. He knew my house sold quickly and made sure the contractor made it a priority to get my house completed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Coffee Co Realty to anyone that is moving to the Coffee county area. My family considers Jimmy family and now, he has even called me on several occasions to check on me and see if there is anything I need.

Jimmy was incredible and one of best realtors we’ve ever worked with. Very responsive and helpful to find local contractors and connections. He showed us several lake front homes in Middle TN area and even a couple not yet on the market. We were specific on waterfront with privacy and he found us the perfect home.

Jimmy Jernigan was truly a joy to work with! His name was highly recommended to my brother and I by an out of town realtor. Jimmy had known our Father, whose home we were selling and Jimmy had been in high school with my brother.
