Looking for a realtor to sell your house? I highly recommend Jo-Anne of Hidden Acres Realty. Comps in rural New Hampshire can be difficult but her pricing was spot on. She stepped my husband and I through the sale process from beginning to end, substantially reducing the stress of selling a home. She is very organized and made sure nothing was missed, keeping us updated every step of the way. She scheduled showings that were convenient for us and potential buyers. She helped us find reasonably priced contractors for needed work. We moved out of state during the process and our empty house could not have been left in better hands, as she worked with us long distance. We could not have asked for a better realtor or selling experience.

Jo-Anne Daris was amazing through the very lengthy and, sometimes, extremely frustrating sale of my house due to the housing cooperative my property was in being, well, very uncooperative. She was professional throughout and hung in there where others may have given up. On a scale of one to 10, I'd give her an 11 for going above and beyond in helping me sell my house.

Jo-Anne is an amazing realtor. She is patient. She listens to your concerns and wants and finds homes that match your needs and desires. I was able to reach her on a daily basis through email which she quickly responded too and even when I thought we were being pains she assured us we weren't. When we found our dream home, Jo-Anne negotiated and made sure we received the best deal, she helped us with getting inspections and re-negotiations after the inspections. We couldn't have had a better experience with this home purchase. She is the best!
