Joan is very knowledgable of the area and very professional. What I appreciated most, is that she is honest. Joan was wonderful in the purchase of our new home. The purchase was a "sizing-down" as we move into the next stage of our lives. Joan was very accommodating in helping us to see the whole picture, and to get us into the new home a few times before the closing to make measurements and take more pictures to envision how all of our stuff would "work" in the new home. I would recommend Joan to anyone looking for a friendly, and smooth moving experience.
