From the first day we saw the house until the day we closed, Joan was the best we could have possibly asked for in a realtor. She went out of her way to make our first time buyer experience very smooth and it really could not have gone better.
We had dealt with many other realtors previously when we were living in Miami and had come to expect them to do the minimum necessary. Imagine our surprise when we got to Sarasota and started working with Joan, who followed up on every phone call and e-mail sent without any prompting or chasing. She was very patient with us and went out of her way to find answers to questions we had regarding the property.
Even when an issue came up with the title right before closing (which apparently often happens), Joan was able to answer our concerns and put us in touch with the right people to solve the problem quickly and effectively.
I highly recommend Joan and will definitely be making use of her services again, for any further real estate transactions.
