JoAnn helped us every step of the way. When we were in escrow our finance company (a huge well known bank) made a huge mistake.There was a lot at stake, our loan didn't just effect us if it didn't go through but it also affected the sellers because they were in escrow for there new home as well. It was a complete mess, very stressful. JoAnn's experience and skills really came through. She was able to keep the situation under control. She had conference calls with the bank and with the sellers realtor to make sure we did not loose the home during the time the bank fixed there mess. She did everything right. The deal closed and all parties were happy. If it weren't for her experience and professionalism we would not be in this amazing beautiful home we live in today. It was her experience and knowledge that made all the difference.
