In this really tough market with very little inventory it is very important to have a realtor representing you who is up on technology, keeps up to date on local homes for sale and is very responsive. Joanna Morris is just that kind of realtor. We needed a home quick in a tough market and she helped us find a good fit and she ensured a worry-free closing. She had great recommendations for a lender, home inspector and local tradesmen. We plan to hire Joanna again when we help our parents sell their home.

Joanna helped us through every step of the buying process. She kept us informed of everything thing that was happening, and was always glad to go over things again if we didn't understand. Joanna went out of her way to find us a house in our price range that she felt we would like, and pointed the pros and cons of any house we wanted to put a bid on. If you want an agent that is up to speed on every aspect of houses Joanna is the agent you should pick.

I really enjoy my experience with Joanna . She is quick to respond and very helpful . She's not pushy but she stays in touch to see if anything has changed in your search. Also if anything new comes along she let's me know .She has helped me with info and how to find things I needed to. The service provided below does not cover all the help she has been.

Ms. Morris is not a local realtor, she is the local expert realtor on every item you need to consider when purchasing a property or investment. She has done the homework on the properties and knows the answer to any question or concern before you ask. If you don't ask she still informs you of any issue before you raise it as an objection. She can turn evey negative into a positive and makes buying properties fun. So going into the deals fully informed and eyes wide open you know she is negotiating for the seller, but she quickly makes friends and everyone wins. She listens carefully and responds to inquirys quickly. She eliminated ans solved the sellers stressful situation and made me ,the buyer, money. Her willingness to present any offer, and modify it into counteroffers in which everyone wins is a skill most realtors don't have. She did not pre judge what the seller or I the buyer would accept or pay until we threw our cards on the table, then she took that information and closed the deal within few short emails. If you are not buying or selling with Joanna Morris you are losing money somewhere before you even begin. My furture earmings on my investment and my family's retirement will be better because of Joanna Morris.

Joanna was extremely helpful in assisting my parents in selling their home in Florida and she went the extra miles to do so. Being that I live in CT, I needed a realtor I could trust to look after my parents interests and she did just that. In the end, we had three offers also simultaneously and settled on a full asking price offer. I highly recommend her.

Responds and follows up on questions and concerns quickly. Had concract within a month, which buyer backed out day of closing. Nothing on Joanna’s behalf, but Joanna helped me through the process. And again a month after that, had second contract and closed in 2 weeks. Thank you Joanna!
