Biography:
Joe Ambrose grew up in Northern New Jersey. Born to a Blue Collar, family Joe grew up in the Building Trades. At an early age Joe knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur in the Construction Industry. He built a successful Construction Company working with talented Architects. His business focused in Custom Homes and Luxury Renovations.

Shortly after marrying his wife Lucy they relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1996 and has lived here ever since. His career as a Florida General Contractor/Builder continued to grow, where he earned awards and recognition for innovation and design, during his tenor in the Construction Industry in Tampa. While Joe’s second love for business was the realizations and accomplishments of developing something on a piece of vacant property from nothing. His first love is working with families achieve their home needs. After receiving his second FL state license of Real Estate Professional, he found himself gravitating more towards working with Clients find their Dream Properties.

Joe & Lucy currently reside in Trinity, which is just north-west of Tampa, with their Shepard/Beagle mix, Belle. Joe’s extensive experience in the Home Building Market working One on One with Clients achieve their Dreams have been extremely rewarding. As well, developing an invaluable set of techniques and skill sets, helping people secure just the right Home. He is dedicated, to providing outstanding customer service to his clients and appreciates the joy in assisting Clients with the achievement of Home Ownership.

When not assisting Clients in purchasing their dream homes or sellers listing to find that next dream home, Joe enjoys playing golf, family boating, flying and home projects. He and Lucy enjoy traveling, social gatherings and Latin dancing.
