***** Fantastic real estate agent. He went above and beyond. Would recommend him 100%. We live in Pennsylvania and bought a property in Florida this was done remotely. Could not be happier with the outcome.

***** From start to finish, Joe (and his business partner and wife, Becky) made the process of selling my house a smooth and easy process. His professionalism and expertise was evident in every step along the way. We had a tremendous response to the house listing and closed in record time, owed in great  part to Team Hencoski

***** Very knowledgeable and honest Helpful when I had questions and asked for recommendations ( electricians, pest control companies etc. ) Kept me updated on open houses, showings, progress

***** We have known Joe for many years and known him to always be honest and upfront. He reassured us that he would do his best to sell our home, and he did! We would highly recommend Joe as your realtor.

***** Joe and Becky are tremendous people to work with. Excellent timely communications, great comparison preparation for sales and appraisal purposes, tenacious guidance throughout the selling process and representation at closing. Great team.
