The Residential Sales Group at Houlihan & O'Malley is a boutique agency dedicated to offering clients inspired service, unwavering focus, and a commitment to real estate excellence.

Joe Houlihan, the managing partner of the Residential Sales Group, wanted to give Southern Westchester an alternative to the corporate real estate offices that make up the bulk of the residential real estate market. At Houlihan & O'Malley, clients are treated to an exceptional level of service by agents who are knowledgeable, involved, and dedicated. The Residential Sales Group appreciates the needs and time of its clients and constantly strives to embody the company's motto of 'Excellence on Your Side.'

In 1998, Joe Houlihan, who had previously run the residential appraisal division of Houlihan & O'Malley Real Estate Services, created the Residential Sales Group. In 2006, this burgeoning division expanded by opening a storefront location at 133 Parkway Road in Bronxville, NY. This completely renovated space in Bronxville's bustling downtown area increased the visibility of the company while also providing the room needed for new agents to join the group.

There are currently five agents working in the Residential Sales Group. Together they represent the best combination of dedicated service and real estate skill. Individually, the agents have received numerous awards from the Westchester County Board of Realtors for outstanding sales, which when combined total over $123,000,000. All of the Houlihan & O'Malley salespersons are members of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Joe Houlihan is proud to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Westchester, Putnam Multiple Listing Service of the Westchester County Board of Realtors.

The Residential Sales Group contributes to many local organizations, such as, the Junior League of Bronxville, the Crestwood Historical Society, and the Jansen Memorial Hospice of Tuckahoe.

Houlihan & O'Malley Real Estate Services of Bronxville, NY, specializes in residential sales, commercial appraisal, and brokerage services. Brothers Joe and Dan Houlihan own the company and represent the fifth generation of their family committed to excellence in the real estate business.

Dan Houlihan created the current company in 1984 when he took over the business from his long-time mentor James J. O'Malley, MAI. In that same year Dan asked his brother, Joe, to join the company and create a residential appraisal division.

Dan Houlihan runs the commercial appraisal and brokerage divisions of the company. Joe Houlihan is the managing partner of the Residential Sales Group.
