Joe is a fantastic realtor! I meet Joe over a year ago and although I knew I wanted to move I really wasn't sure what the best option for me was. I had recently moved to the US and was unfamiliar with all the nuances that went with finding the right home. Joe was heaven sent, he truly had all the answers! He was patient and kind and went above and beyond to find something that fit all my requests (and trust me they were plenty). His wealth of knowledge helps people, including me find their 'perfect fit'.For anyone that knows me knows I'm super picky and take a very long time to pick what I want. Joe found that out the all too well and instead of getting irritated just kept showing me options that suited me, always saying "don't worry we'll keep looking until we find the one". He was always available to answer my questions and was always willing and able to show me homes at times that were convenient for me (which at times were Sunday afternoon). Never did I feel that he was impatient or dismissive but rather took his time and even cracked jokes along the way. It took me months before I finally found MY home and Joe was there for all of it. From the viewing, to the second viewing to the "can I see it one last time" all the way to the closing. Even now two months in I still call him to ask about things related the process as I get myself settled in.I honestly refer Joe to anyone around me who's looking for a house because I truly believe Joe's kindness, patience and humor are hard to match!

Joe was exactly what I could've hoped for as a first-time homebuyer, especially in a pandemic engulfed and highly competitive market in the great DMV area. After a bit of troubled luck with a different real estate agent, my fiance and I were referred to Joe through a mutual friend - and it was the best thing that could've happened. Joe immediately rolled up his sleeve and asked the right questions, and provided us a number of fantastic options - tailoring each selection after he listened to our feedback. He knew tons about the local area and helped us expand our search in the best ways to the best neighborhoods. After months with the previous realtor, it took Joe only a few weeks with us before we had what we were looking for in our first home. He was attentive, extremely responsive, professional and honestly, a lot of fun to be around - even our teenager was eager to go see houses with Joe. It made the homebuying experience in an extremely competitive market much more relaxing than anticipated. Once we found the house we wanted, Joe was the guy we wanted on our side, making sure we were taken care of with all the small details. He was honest with us about our options, and helped us negotiate in a way that was comfortable to both our preferences. The process felt organized and transparent. Joe is definitely the guy we'll want on our team for the rest of our homebuying and selling days. He's the first guy we'd recommend to anyone else.

I was looking for my dream home, and Joe was the right person he had showing me countless properties. He was patient understanding and fairy helpful. He was not there for the sale. He was there to guide me and tell me what would work and what would not not to mention how efficient he was throughout the entire process as I was out of the country and missed the deadline for my settlement he worked through every challenge he made it happen. In 2014 I decided to sell my condominium "4600 Duke St. #526 Alexandria, VA 22304, and in 2015 I decided to sell my townhouse "5627 Summer Oak Way Burke, VA 22015; both were my rental properties.
